Front Range Friendly

Imagine a relaxed, hobby-first tabletop wargaming weekend designed for people who love the creativity, stories, and social side of the hobby—but don’t want the pressure of a highly competitive tournament. This includes longtime hobbyists juggling careers and kids who can’t keep up with the ever-shifting meta, newer players looking for a low-stress first event, and younger gamers excited to roll dice with the wider community. The focus is on fun games, great tables, open painting space, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the hobby at their own pace. Games are intentionally spread out with fewer scheduled rounds, and players are encouraged to participate in as many—or as few—games as they like. This is the concept behind the Front Range Friendly. If that sounds like something you’d enjoy (or even if it sounds like the worst), we’d love your input. Please take a brief 3–5 minute survey to help shape what this event could become.
